1. The service
Staytus is a tool to help improve short-term rental listings. It provides diagnostics, text suggestions, action tracking, and photo editing or decor simulation tools. Features announced as forthcoming, notably Staytus OS, are not included in the currently available service.
2. Your account
You must be of legal age or authorized to represent your organization. You provide accurate information and keep your access credentials confidential. You are responsible for the access you grant to your team members. Report any suspicious access to our contact address.
3. Your listings and content
You must have the necessary rights or permissions for the listings and photos you submit. You retain your rights on your content and authorize HOSTIAS to process them only to provide and ensure the operation of the service. Do not send sensitive data or unnecessary personal documents for analysis.
4. Suggestions to review
Les résultats peuvent comporter des erreurs ou manquer de contexte. Vérifiez chaque texte, image, équipement et information avant publication. Une simulation de décoration ne décrit pas l’état actuel du logement. Le score estimé repose sur les actions déclarées faites ; il ne constitue pas une mesure actualisée ni une promesse de réservations.
5. Your relationship with Airbnb
Staytus is independent from Airbnb. It is neither affiliated with Airbnb nor endorsed by Airbnb. You remain responsible for your account on the platform and compliance with its terms. Staytus does not automatically publish corrections in your listing: you decide whether to apply them.
6. Authorized use
You agree not to abuse quotas, attempt to access others' data, disrupt the service, or use results to mislead travelers. Access may be suspended for documented abuse or security risks, with appropriate notification and possibility to contact HOSTIAS.
7. Availability and liability
HOSTIAS strives to keep the service accessible. Maintenance operations or supplier outages may interrupt certain functions. Technical limitations and recommendations do not remove the applicable legal guarantees. No clause limits mandatory consumer rights.
8. Data and account closure
You can request access to your data, corrections, or account closure at our contact address. Data necessary to comply with legal obligations may be retained after closure. The privacy policy details data processing and recipients.
9. Condition changes
The applicable conditions are those available when using the service. Any substantial change will be communicated to you. Orders already concluded remain governed by the sales conditions accepted at the time, subject to mandatory applicable rules.
